US-led jets killed dozens of Daesh militants in Iraq's Kirkuk and Nineveh provinces, the Joint Special Operations Command said Friday.
The US-led airstrikes killed and injured 37 militants, including a senior leader, along with destroying a headquarters in Hawija, while 17 others were killed, including a military leader, when airstrikes targeted a Daesh militant gathering in Nineveh, the statement said.
Seven other militants were killed when a strike targeted their base in the same province, it added.
