Two Iraqi soldiers were killed and 10 others injured, including civilians, in an explosion in the northern part of the Iraqi capital on Thursday.
A roadside bomb was detonated when Iraqi army patrol passed by near Baghdad Gate, adjacent to Taji area, north of Baghdad, an Iraqi police source told KUNA.
The blast killed two Iraqi soldiers and wounded 10 others, the source said, adding that the injured were taken to hospital to receive treatment.
