Fifteen elements of Daesh terrorist group were killed in military operations in Anbar province and western Baghdad.

Meanwhile, Iraqi anti-terror forces managed to raise the Iraqi flag on Husaibah Al Sharqiah police station in Ramadi.

In a press statement Tuesday, the commander of special operations in the Anti-Terrorism Bureau Major General Samy al Aredi said the forces started to evacuate around 1,500 civilians in Husaibah Al Sharqiah after it was recently liberated from Daesh.

The liberation comes for the purpose of removing any explosive devices from the area as well as searching for hiding Daesh militants, he added.

Aredi noted that most of the civilians evacuated are women and children. Daesh militants were banning them from leaving the area.
