Libyan serviceman killed in Benghazi

A Libyan serviceman was killed on Thursday when a sniper opened fire at him in Benghazi city, Serag al Tira, Spokesman for the Libyan Army Engineering Unit said.
The Military Engineering Unit personnel was targeted by the sniper while Libyan security forces were combing some areas in Al Laithi district in Benghazi city, he added.
Benghazi city has been witnessing fierce clashes between Libyan army forces and the Shura Council of Benghazi Revolutionaries, leaving hundreds of people dead and injured.
