Libyan forces present proposal to appoint military ruler on Sirte

Spokesman of the Libyan Presidential Council's Al Bunyan Al Marsous operation Mohammed Al Ghasri said the forces presented requested the presidential council to appoint a military ruler for Sirte city after its liberation from the Daesh terrorist group.
Ghasri said in press statements on Sunday that the ruler will have a temporary mission until security and stability are achieved in Sirte.
Sirte's ruler will help the local council and security agencies to run the city, he added.
