At least three suspected militants were killed during the ongoing Zarb-i-Azb operation in North Waziristan on Saturday, official sources said.
Sources said security forces killed three suspected militants during the military operation, whereas a huge quantity of arms and ammunition was also recovered, Dawn news reported.
Meanwhile, security authorities have arrested 12 suspected militants in Karachi, Operation Zarb-i-Azb was launched by the Pakistan Army on June 15, killed more than 400 militants, following a brazen Taliban-claimed attack on Karachi's Jinnah International Airport and the failure of peace talks between negotiators representing the government and the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan.
