Los Angeles – UPI

Nine Inch Nails front man Trent Reznor said via Twitter he is upset his closing performance at the Grammy Awards show in Los Angeles was cut short. His band jammed with Queens of the Stone Age, the Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl and Fleetwood Mac's Lindsey Buckingham at the end of Sunday night's ceremony, which honored the best in music for 2013. However, the multiartist rock performance was cut short because the telecast ran nearly 45 minutes long, E! News said. "Music's biggest night... to be disrespected. A heartfelt [EXPLETIVE] YOU guys," Reznor tweeted after the show ended. "We save the end slot for something that is a bit of a jam, because you can have the energy go and then it's just a matter of the clock," Recording Academy President Neil Portnow told the Hollywood Reporter.
