Sherihan denies wearing the hijab

Prominent Egyptian actress Sherihan denied rumors that she is officially wearing an Islamic headdress known as a hijab. The actress said it was taken after she had performed prayer in Egypt’s famous Tahrir Square a few days ago. Jamal Anwar, Sherihan’s business manager, stressed that rumor was only created because after the actress performed prayer in Tahrir Square she kept the hijab on until she went home.
