Kate Hudson admits she has to work hard to stay in shape

Kate Hudson has one secret for looking the way she does -- "[working] her ass off."
The 35-year-old star opened up about her fitness routine while talking to Us Weekly at her mother Goldie Hawn's charity event Love In For Kids on Nov. 21.
After admitting she loves a "real serious double double burger, fries, and Coke," the actress revealed how she manages to keep in shape.
"You [have to] work your ass off, that's the only way. [And] you have to eat right," she said. "Everybody wants some sort of secret and there just isn't, it's just you have to work out."
Hudson, who has maintained a fit frame even after giving birth to two children, went on to say people should focus on consistency more that they do in time spent exercising.
