Kaley Cuoco parts ways with $2.5m bachelorette pad

Kaley Cuoco has sold her Sherman Oaks, Calif. house two months after listing the property for $2,565,000.
According to Forbes, the Big Bang Theory star ended up selling the Tuscan-style estate for $2,795,000. Cuoco listed the home in March 2014 after she and her professional tennis player husband, Ryan Sweeting, purchased Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's old home in Tarzana, Calif.
Cuoco's former home had an open floor plan and featured a master suite with a balcony and patio as well a three other bedrooms. The 28-year-old actress reportedly turned the master bedroom into a salon/dressing room that included "built ins, shoe racks and a bathroom with a professional shampoo bowl"as well as two private balconies.
Cuoco and Sweeting purchased their new home from Kardashian in February. The two tied the knot on New Year's Eve 2013 after six months of dating.
