Sokhna slaughterhouse workers continue strike for fourth day

Workers of Ain Sokhna slaughterhouse maintained their strike on Sunday for the fourth straight day. The workers are protesting a decision by Sokhna Livestock Company to sack 400 slaughterhouse workers. The sacked workers serve the company under valid contracts. The workers are striking inside the slaughterhouse in order not to suspend work at butchery. Several trade unions and rights organizations have denounced the company's decision.
