Dubai’s real estate market might still be in bumpy territory but for the super-rich buying a luxury villa on the Palm Jumeirah could still mean paying out as much as AED172m ($46.8m), the most expensive property currently listed for sale in the emirate. Emaar’s Emirates Hills features the highest number of properties in the top 20 most expensive homes currently for sale, according to data from property website, PropertyFinder.ae. The luxury development features 11 of the top 20 villas, ranging in price from AED85m to AED56m.
