General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Thursday inspected the Al Falah Residential City project. The project has been allocated to Emirati families upon the directives from the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The project is an integrated residential city that consists of 4,857 villas of different sizes innovatively designed to suit the lifestyle and different demands of UAE citizens of all beneficiary categories. Accompanied by Shaikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor and Vice-Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, and Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, Shaikh Mohammed inspected the residential units of the first and second phases of the project which included 2,000 houses. He also viewed the plans for the remaining units and ordered that they should be delivered to the highest standards in the field. Acting upon the directives of the President, Shaikh Mohammed gave instructions to allocate 1,000 government residential units of the first phase in Al Falah Residential City in Abu Dhabi. The units will be allocated to the first-batch beneficiaries whose names have been approved as per the lists prepared by the committee entrusted with the allocation of houses and residential plots. The new lists of the second batch of beneficiaries, who will get 1,000 villas, will be prepared.
