Doha - Qna
The Institute of Administrative Development in Qatar will hold four programmes and workshops during this upcoming week under the annual training plan for 2011/2012 to train employees from different ministries, government institutions and public organizations. According to a release by the institute, the programme titled "Planning, Follow-up, and Audit", to be inaugurated on Sunday, aims at developing participant knowledge and capabilities in the strategic field, in addition to the execution and follow-up of workplace systems using optimum human capital allocation. The "Basic Administrative Skills Development" programme, to be inaugurated on the same day, enables participants to identify the primary skillset for administrative jobs as well as goal-targeting, efficient strategy placement, organization, and workplace crisis resolution.    Furthermore, the institute will conduct a workshop titled "Career Loyalty and Commitment" with the goal of expanding the participants' horizons and providing them with direction, in addition to raising awareness over a heightened sense of career affiliation and translating this into positive behavior on the job level. The second workshop titled "Internet and Electronic Mail" develops internet usage and e-mail handling skills.
