Qatar Exchange (QE) staff are participating in a five-day First Aid Training Workshop organised jointly with Hamad International Training Centre of the Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).The QE management endeavours to promote good healthcare culture among its staff to ensure a healthy professional environment, the Qatari bourse said Monday.QE CEO Rashid bin Ali Al Mansoori stressed the role of government and private institutions in promoting health awareness among employees and their families in order to maintain a healthy work environment and raise awareness of best practices while dealing with critical cases.Mastering of proper first aid procedures helps to save peoples’ lives. Timely first aid reduces cost of treatment because a patient’s condition can deteriorate if there is a delay in administering first aid, he added.Stock market staff and family members are participating in this workshop, QE said.
