Dr Ismail: Investments act for year 2013 is best among arabs acts

The Minister at the Higher Council of Investment, Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail, has described the new Act for Investment for the year 2013 is considered one of the best investments acts of the Arab countries. In statement to SUNA, he said that the Act is an advanced step and fulfils the outlines of the agreement passed during the works of the last Arab summit on investments Acts in the Arab countries held in Riyadh. Ismail indicated that the Act has provided investors in Sudan with the legal security and protection for the property and possessions of the investors. He added that the new investment act has dealt with establishment of special courts for investment disputes in the states' capitals.
