Qatar Stock Index gains 22.81 points

Qatar Stock Exchange gained 22.81 points (+0.19%) when the bourse closed trading at 11,915.76 points Monday.

The market capitalisation increased to QR 639,505 Billion from QR 639.18 Billion registered Sunday.

The traded value increased to QR 323.92 Million with a volume of 7,04,371 shares from 4,662 shares compared to QR 273.43 Million with a volume of 7,917,985 shares from 4,022 transactions registered Sunday.

Indices of all sectors advanced today except consumer goods and services which dropped -0.74%.

Insurance index gained most, up +0.48% (4,118.02 points).

QSE Total Return Index gained +0.19% (18,516.15 points). QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index fell -0.05% (4,498.25 points). QSE All Share Index gained +0.12% (3,181.8 points).

From the 43 listed companies, shares of 42 saw trading today. From these, 19 advanced, 18 declined and five remained unchanged.
