The Qatar Exchange was down on Sunday 11.77 points or 0.14% to 8,404.69 points from the previous closing of 8,416.46 . The volume of shares traded was down to 5,363,746 from 5,917,527 Thursday, and the value of shares fell to QR170,781,538.11 from QR242,963,111.15 Thursday. Among the top losers were Electricity and Water whose share dropped 1.10% to QR135.00 , Qatar Telecom lost 1.65 to QR107.10, Qatar Insurance fell 1.25% to QR71.10 and National Leasing down 0.97% to QR46.00. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector dropped 5.37 points while the Insurance sector fell 15.82 points. The Qatar industrial sector gained 6.98 points and the Services sector up 6.72 points.
