 Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index (30) on Thursday lost 33.4 points, comprising a decline by 0.58 percent to close at 5762.48 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 5795.89 points. 
The trading value stood at Omani Riyal (RO) 2,437,176, comprising a decline by 0.8 percent compared to the last session, which stood at RO 2,457,892. 
The market value fell by 0.236 percent to reach about RO 17.46 billion, according to MSM report. 
The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 363,000, comprising 14.88 percent. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 437,000 comprising 17.93 percent. The net non-Omani investment declined by 3.05 percent to RO 74,000.
