Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index (30) added 75.26 points on Wednesday's trading session, a rise by 1.13 percent to close at 8724.10 points, Omani state news agency ONA reported.
The trading value stood at RO 14.759 million, comprising a rise by 9.93 percent compared to the last session, which stood at RO 13.426 million.
Market value rose by 0.56 percent to reach about RO 15.05 billion, according to MSM report.
The value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 1.88 million, comprising 12.61 percent, while the value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 2.18 million, comprising 14.8 percent. The net non-Omani investment rose by 2.18 percent to RO 322,000.
