KUWAIT - KUNA

The Kuwaiti bourse ended Monday's trading session in green with the price index reading 6,374.5 points, a gain of 18.3 points, while the weighted index also finished on a green of 441.22 points, an up of 2. 39 points. Trades came to 2,267 spot transactions worth KD 25,763,360 with 115,020,000 shares changing hands. As for sector indices, the boards was a mix of green and red. The gains were ups of 99 points in services, 40.6 points in banking, and 27.1 points in industry. The three loser indices were those of non-Kuwaiti companies, down 28. 3 points, food, down 29.9 points, and investment down 1.7 points. The insurance sector showed no change.
