 The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) lost 4.4 billion pounds during two sessions of the week trading and the market capital reached about 524.6 billion pounds.
The EGX 30 benchmark index declined 1.8 percent to reach 9,552 points.
The EGX 70 index of small and medium sized enterprises went up by 0.61 percent to 652 points.
The all-embracing EGX 100 index increased by 0.15 percent to reach 1,183 points.
