Egyptian bourse indices rise
Cairo - KUNA
Indices of Egyptian Bourse collectively moved upward in the past week trades, where the EGX30 increased 2.4 percent closing at 6,975 points. EGX70 index for small and medium stocks rose 1.63 percent, closing at 558 points, according to the bourse weekly report released on Friday. EGX100 climbed 1.6 percent closing at 947 points and EGX20 increased 2.93 percent to settle at 8,163 points. Market capital rose three billion pounds to reach 6.8 billion pounds in the weekend. The Egyptian pound is currently traded at approximately USD 0.15. The report added that trade past week turnover amounted to approximately 3. 6 billion pounds.
