Siemens CEO Joy Kaiser
Berlin - MENA

Siemens CEO Joy Kaiser said that the company is totally aware of the nature of the situation in Egypt.
Commenting on a cooperation agreement that was inked with Egypt during Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC), Kaiser said that Siemens has had a representation office in Egypt for 110 years.
Egypt has a big problem in the sectors of energy and infrastructure and Siemens is the only company that can cover the whole energy chain including generation, transference and distribution, he said.
In an interview with the German newspaper of Handelsblatt, Kaiser said that the company met with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi three weeks ago and we talked for a whole hour Sunday.
Three agreements were inked with a total cost of 10 billion euros to establish electricity and wind generation stations, Kaiser said.
