The Manpower Ministry managed to settle the problem of 1,600 employees at Sedico Pharmaceutical Company. 

A consensus has been reached among the company's administration, the general union of chemicals and the trade committee at the company. 

Manpower Minister Mohamed Safaan said that an agreement has been reached to disburse the profit to employees in line with the law.

He also said that the wages, bonuses and incentives will be increased.

The minister, meanwhile, thanked the company's administration and employees for responding to the settlement efforts. 

The company's administration, in turn, thanked the minister for his efforts to respond to the workers' demands.
