Etihad Etisalat's Qiyadi program aims to implement a comprehensive functional development program targeting its senior executives.
Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) company has launched its Qiyadi program that aims to implement a comprehensive functional development program targeting its senior executives, to prepare them in a comprehensive manner to become Mobily’s future leaders in coordination with reputable international business schools.
Qiyadi program includes several levels. The first targets chief executive positions of several units within Mobily, whereas the second level targets high-performer employees in GM and EGM positions to qualify them to undertake higher positions in the company.
The program aims basically to prepare generations of leaders over the short and long terms, particularly Saudi executives through qualifying the existing executives to occupy higher leading positions and consequently guarantees retaining the basic talents that the company is very keen to acquire.
Faiez Awadh, chief HR officer, pointed out that Mobily has a clear vision toward its long-term development program and part of our future plans. We are keen to enhance the capabilities of our distinguished executives to become able to engage higher positions. We managed to implement this process through adopting a comprehensive program that will extend till the end of next year, and to be continued in future.
Awadh added that Mobily’s HR strategy relies on several pillars, and one of the key pillars is to allow Mobily to own human calibers who are qualified to occupy senior executive management positions, which in turn ensures long-term continuity of the effective management in the company.”
The program adopts advanced functional preparations covering various aspects of business and skills development in a way combines both conventional and unconventional training through experiencing different educational processes such as lectures, case studies, business simulation training in addition to discussions and collective training.
