Apple reports record quarterly profit of $18bn

Apple reported Tuesday that its quarterly profit had soared to a record high of $18 billion on the back of unprecedented iPhone sales.
The California-based tech giant posted record revenue of $74.6 billion in the quarter, during which 74.5 million iPhones were sold.
