Aldar Properties PJSC (Aldar), Abu Dhabi's leading listed property development, investment, and management company, yesterday announced the conclusion of its CEO search as the Board of Directors confirmed the appointment of Mohammed Khalifa Al Mubarak as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mohammed previously held the position of Deputy CEO and Chief Portfolio Management Officer.
Since joining the company in 2006, Mohammed has been the driving-force behind many strategic initiatives, most notably the creation of Yas Island as a renowned global destination. In the last year, he has played an integral role with the merger integration as well as successfully launching three new developments to market.
Mohammed brings to the CEO role significant leadership experience across the real estate, leisure and tourism sectors in Abu Dhabi.
