Korean workers earning 100m won in annual pay up 13.7% 2013

The number of those who earn 100 million won (US$91,000) in annual income rose 13.7 percent in 2013 from a year earlier, with the pace of growth slowing since 2010, the state tax office said Friday.
According to the annual taxation report of the National Tax Service (NTS), the number increased to 472,000 in 2013 from 415,000 a year ago, while its growth has been on the decrease since 2010 when it posted a 42.3 percent gain from the previous year.
