Bahraini industry minister receives Philippines president's special envoy

Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Abdulla Fakhro received here today the Special Envoy of the President of Republic of Philippines Dr. Amable R. Aguiluz.
The Minister praised the economic relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Philippines, pointing to the significant growth of these relations in light of the efforts made by the leadership and the governments of the two countries. In the same context, they reviewed bilateral ties that bind Bahrain and Philippines and the positive results of mutual visits between the leaders of the two countries.
He stressed ministry's continuous efforts to strengthen economic relations of cooperation and coordination, particularly food security and joint investments, affirming the ministry's readiness to promote the exchange rates in the commercial, industrial and investment fields.
Dr. Aguiluz expressed his country's appreciation for Bahrain's efforts of supporting joint economic cooperation.
