Cairo - MENA
President Adly Mansour received on Thursday a delegation representing the participants in the Gulf-Egyptian investment Forum held in Cairo under the rubric "A Strategic Partnership and Economic Integrity." The forum is held under the auspices of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The meeting was attended by Egypt's Prime Minister Hazim el-Beblawy and Investment Minister Osama Saleh, a presidential statement said. In his speech, Mansour stressed that the Gulf investors are fully aware that Egypt's economy is promising. He also asserted that he issued directives to the government to make the Egyptian market safe for all investments. For his part, UAE Minister of State Sultan Ahmed Al-Jaber said that Egypt is rich in strategic elements and has the factors of success. He underlined the bad need of amending some regulations and laws related to investment in Egypt.
