Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on Sunday issued several decrees allocating state-owned lands for the public benefit in South Sinai, North Sinai and Damietta provinces.
The PM issued decrees allocated 10,000 square meters for two central solar power stations in Abu Seweira village of Ras Sidr.
He also issued a decree allocating 1,991 square meters in Ras Sidr for the General Authority for Educational Buildings to build a primary school in Abu Seweira village.
As many as 710.99 square meters in Sharm el-Sheikh were allocated for the South Sinai Security Directorate to establish a new building for the rescue police.
Also, 4,658 square meters were allocated in al-Tour for the South Sinai's Azhar Directorate to establish a foreign languages Azhari complex.
Some 186.35 square meters were allocated in al-Tour for the Awqaf Directorate to establish a Quranic Office, other 12,824.84 square meters in Sharm el-Sheikh to establish a public park, and 275,000 square meters to build 107 social housing residential buildings in al-Tour.
Mahlab also allocated a piece of land for the Youth and Sports Directorate to establish a youth center in a North Sinai village.
The PM also allocated 31,030 square meters in Kafr Saad town of Damietta for the Housing Directorate to establish social housing residential buildings.
