His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah patronizes the opening of the second Engineering Initiatives Forum organized by the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).
Minister of Public Works and Minister of Electricity and Water Abdulaziz Abdullatif Al-Ibrahim has been deputized to attend the opening ceremony on Monday on behalf of His Highness the Crown Prince at Kuwait National Library.
