Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's projected visit to Egypt Thursday will contribute to promoting joint action between the two countries, Chairperson of the Council of Saudi Chambers (CSC) Abdurrahman al Zamil said.

Speaking to Alriyadh newspaper on Wednesday, Zamil said Saudi businessmen are keen on pumping more investments into Egypt in the coming period.

He also expected Saudi investments in Egypt to increase in the coming period thanks to directives of the Saudi king to increase the volume of Saudi investments in Egypt from 20 billion riyals to 30 billion riyals.
