Iraq finance minister meets Kuwait envoy on ties

Iraqi Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari met Kuwaiti Ambassador in Iraq Ghassan Al-Zawawi here on Wednesday and discussed ways and means of further developing and consolidating bilateral relations in various fields.
During the meeting, they also considered a number of key issues of mutual interest, and stressed the importance of following up joint committees, the Iraqi Ministry of Finance said in a press statement.
Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Jaafari had visited Kuwait on November 3 and held talks with senior officials on a further promotion and development of Kuwaiti-Iraqi relations.
