
Egyptian exports to Nile Basin countries have declined 24.4% in January, recording to $69.65 million against $92.08 million in December, statistics revealed.
Exports hit $61.601 million in January 2014, meaning they rose 13.1% In January this year, the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) said in a monthly bulletin, of which MENA obtained a copy.
Imports from Nile basin countries, meanwhile, shrunk 33.3% in January 2015 reaching $22.903 million against $34.354 million in December and plummeted 36.2% when compared to January 2014 ($35.91 million), it said.
