Egypt approves 1m housing units project with UAE's Arabtec

The Egyptian government on Wednesday approved the UAE's Arabtec demand to carry out a one million housing units project.
Under the deal, the government will provide the land while the company will develop the infrastructure of the project.
The terms of the deal stipulate the profits of the company would not exceed 7.5 percent of the project's cost.
The project will be implemented in five years, the deal says.
