Al Azhar on Thursday said that the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) would put an end to the economic hardships and tribulations experienced by the country.
In a statement, Azhar welcomed the participation of more than 30 countries in the conference, which kicks off Friday in Sharm El Sheikh.
The statement added that the accomplishments of the conference would be a great step toward the country's development.
It called on the Egyptians to work hard to rebuild Egypt and combat the "dark forces", including terrorism, that want to hinders the country's implementation of the planned future road map.
