Aid convoy sent to al-Waer
Homs - SANA
Homs Governorate on Sunday sent an aid convoy consisting of 10 trucks carrying supplies and relief items to al-Waer neighborhood in Homs city.
Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi told journalists that the atmosphere in the neighborhood is calm and that the Governorate is working to resolve the situation in it, but a number of extremist armed elements are disrupting the calm.
He asserted the government’s commitment to providing relief and goods to al-Waer and its efforts to restore security and stability to it using peaceful methods.
