64.95% of baccalaureate holders pre-registered in Algeria

The number of new baccalaureate holders who pre-registered for the next academic year, reached 146,088, i.e. 64.95% of the total number of graduates (224,923), the Graduate School of Informatics (ESI) said Wednesday.
According to the same source, the operation of introducing choices, which is currently underway, allowed 213,672 new baccalaureate holders to make the signatures, i.e. 95% of the total number of graduates.
The rate of pre-registered new university students for the next academic year on was around 20% on Tuesday, minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mohamed Mebarki stated.
The final registrations are scheduled from 2 to 7 August.
