5th GCC Financial Markets presidents meeting is tomorrow

The 5th GCC Financial Markets' presidential committee is expected to convene its meeting tomorrow (Wednesday 16, 2011) at the GCC General Secretariat's headquarters in Riyadh, KSA.The meeting will discuss recommendations submitted by work teams regarding the issuance of initial public subscriptions for the financial markets for a "bill of law for Standard Rules of Subscriptions Offered through GCC financial markets" and also regarding listing, disclosure and governance" for a "bill of law for Standard Rules of Disclosure and Listing in GCC financial markets" and the outcome of the work team meetings under GCC financial markets supervision and control regarding priorities for the upcoming period. The meeting shall also explore a proposal for creation of GCC Financial Markets Institute, information center, financial markets database center and exchange opinions in regards thereof.
