Forty-six 46 ships transited the Suez Canal in both directions on Monday, carrying a total cargo of 2.4 million tons.

The south-bound convoy included 21 vessels, carrying about 1.2 million tons, while the north-bound convoy included 25 ships, with 1.2 million tons.
