The Cairo choir's performance included works by Sayyid Darwish and folkloric songs by Gamal Abdel-Reheim and Awatef Abdel-Kereim. During the awards ceremony, which was hosted on the evening of 10 November, the jury, made up of judges from the Czech Republic and Europe, awarded the Cairo Celebration Choir the Silver Level Diploma Award for Stylish Interpretation of Arabic Music.
