BACA President receives Azerbaijan culture minister
Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa received Azerbaijan culture minister.

President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa received at Bahrain National Theatre Azerbaijani Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev.
The minister was briefed about the theatre which has enriched the kingdom’s cultural infrastructure since 2012. He also visited several other cultural and heritage places in Muharraq and Bahrain Fort site on UNESCO’s World Heritage List and was informed about its historical and cultural importance that date back to the Dilmun era.
Garayev thanked BACA and Shaikha Mai for the opportunity given to him to learn about the civilisational aspects of Bahrain, lauding the efforts of BACA to boost the cultural momentum in the kingdom and lay bridges of communication with other civilisations around the world.
