Tracks Forum is being organised by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, in cooperation wit
Muscat - Arab today

A "Tracks Forum" will be launched by Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Futaisi, Minister of Transport and Communications on Monday evening at the Cultural Club.

The first session will be launched in the presence of undersecretaries, CEOs and officials at the Ministry of Transport and Communications and intellectuals. 

The event is being organised by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, in cooperation with the Cultural Club.

Organisers of the forum specified a theme "Public Transport: Culture, Civilisation, Sustainability and Economy" to be discussed during the session through reviewing the concept of public transport and highlighting civilised, cultural and environmental aspects, as well as economic and social returns from using the public transport, in addition to aspirations of beneficiaries of public transport in the Sultanate.

The forum's first session will host officials and specialists at the Ministry of Transport and Communications, as well as companies operating in public transport in the Sultanate including Ahmed bin Ali Al Balushi, CEO of Mwasalat and Mahdi bin Mohammed Al Abdawani, CEO of National Ferries Company (NFC) among others.

The first session of the forum will be moderated by prominent media man Ahmed bin Abdul Kareem Al Hooti in the presence of media men and followers of social media.
