The security forces managed Wednesday to arrest one of the suspected perpetrator who assassinated four policemen in Khanka neighborhood, Qalyubia. 

The man, 23, along with others opened fire at a Khanka police station killing six people, including four policemen, and injuring a third civilian. 

He confessed to the armed attack and led the security forces to the hideout of three others. They fled the place minutes before the forces arrived. 

A bag containing a 9m pistol and a magazine with five bullets in it was seized. A 220g heroin was also found in the place along a motorbike number plate.
