Lawmakers observe minute of silence over victims of Cairo church blast

Members of the House of Representatives observed Monday a minute of silence in mourning of the victims of Sunday's blast at the Boutroseya (St Peter and St Paul) Church in Cairo's Abbasiya that left 25 people killed and 49 others injured.
Speaking in a parliamentary session, House Speaker Ali Abdel Aal said treacherous terrorism kills Egyptians without distinction.
He added that all Egyptians will stand hand in hand to compact terrorism with all means.
