Three takfiris were killed and three others wounded in wide scale security campaigns in southern Arish, Sheikh Zuwaid and Rafah.
Fourteen suspects have also been arrested and a number of hotbeds of terrorists have been destroyed, security sources in North Sinai said Wednesday.
The arrestees are being crosschecked for criminal records, the sources said.
Nine plateless motorcycles and a 4x4 car have also been seized.
About 200 bullets and a machine gun have been found.
