3 killed, 20 injured in Egyptian Friday clashes

Three people were killed and 20 others were injured in Friday protests, the Health Ministry Spokesman Hossam Abdel Ghaffar said.
An army officer and a citizen, 42, were killed in clashes between members of the terrorist Muslim brotherhood and security forces in Cairo's Mataria neighborhood, Abdel Ghaffar told MENA.
He added that the third succumbed to his injuries.
