15 killed, injured in blast in vicinity of Abbasiya Cathedral

At least five persons were killed and 10 more injured in an explosion that occurred in the vicinity of St. Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Abbasiya district of Cairo earlier Sunday.
The injured were moved to Dar el Shefaa and Ain Shams hospitals, a security source told MENA.
Sappers are still combing the area in search for any more explosives, the source added.
